The Battle of the Battlefields

The Battle of the Battlefields is an Internet Webquest in which the students will research a specific battle of the American Revolution. Along with a partner they will explore websites on the internet about their battle and complete a graphic organizer which will help guide them in their research. Along with the research they will be doing in Social Studies they will be working in their English class on writing their persuasive speech which will accompany their power point presentation as their final project. In the end, the class will discuss the major points of each battle and decide which battle will receive the prize of $1,000,000 and most importantly be the site of the American Revolution Memorial.
